What began as a tax business and have rapidly grown into a consultancy that offers many other business-related service offerings to South African Business’s and high net worth individuals.

Management: Stephen (Steve) Masters.
A Chartered Accountant whose experience spans finance and accounting, business development, project and programme management, sales, operations, technology and strategic consulting. He qualified as a CA(SA) in 2005 on his first attempt, after training at Deloitte & Touche in Johannesburg and an international secondment to Deloitte’s Dallas office.
In Dallas he worked with major clients including McAfee Antivirus and Enerlex Energy Solutions. He holds a BCom Accounting and a BCom Honours in Accounting, together with formal PRINCE2 project management qualifications and further studies in Sales and Marketing Management through UNISA.
Steve has built a broad commercial career across banking, education, technology, telecommunications, asset management and consulting — including senior financial and operational roles, major transformation programmes, business restructuring, governance, financial management, supplier and stakeholder management, sales strategy and business development. He has worked with organisations including Standard Bank, Deloitte & Touche, Rand Merchant Bank Asset Management and Africa Prepaid Services, while also advising prominent South African businesses and entrepreneurs.
Steve is a valued consultant to a number of influential South African business people and sits on a number of commitees from property, financial services, investment management, healthcare, agriculture, lending and education.
